TERMS OF SERVICE AND USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to Hreb (“The Platform”). By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any tournament on Hreb, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

1.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, or compete for cash prizes on Hreb. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification (CIN, Passport, or Driver’s License) at any time to verify your age and identity.

1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Hreb is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

1.3. One Account Policy: Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass bans, manipulate matchmaking, or exploit the referral system will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2. WALLET, DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS

2.1. Account Balance: Your Hreb Wallet is divided into two categories:

Playable Balance: Funds deposited by you. These funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be used to enter tournaments.
Winnings Balance: Funds earned through tournament victories. These funds are eligible for withdrawal.2.2. Minimum Limits:
Minimum Deposit: 100 MAD (DH).
Minimum Withdrawal: 100 MAD (DH).2.3. Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory 72-hour (3 business days) review period. During this time, Hreb staff will audit your gameplay logs to ensure all winnings were earned legitimately.2.4. Fees: Hreb reserves the right to deduct a transaction fee from withdrawals to cover payment gateway charges.

3. TOURNAMENT RULES & REFUND POLICY

3.1. No Refund Policy: All entry fees are final. Once you have joined a tournament lobby or the match has started, no refunds will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:

Accidental registration.
Failure to check-in on time.
Disqualification due to rule violations.3.2. Connection & Technical Issues: You acknowledge that your internet connection, hardware performance, and game client stability are your sole responsibility. Hreb is not liable for losses due to:
High latency (lag) or disconnection.
Game crashes or bugs on your device.
Power outages.3.3. Match Census: You may not register for multiple matches taking place at the same scheduled time.

4. ANTI-CHEAT & CODE OF CONDUCT

4.1. Zero Tolerance Policy: Hreb strictly prohibits the use of any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage, including but not limited to aimbots, wallhacks, macros, or scripts.

4.2. Teaming & Collusion: Players found “teaming” (working together in Solo matches) or colluding to fix match results will be immediately disqualified.

4.3. Penalties: If you are found violating these rules, Hreb reserves the right to:

Immediately disqualify you from the current tournament.
Permanently suspend your account.
Confiscate all funds (both Playable and Winnings) in your wallet.
Report your identity to other tournament organizers.

5. PRIZE VERIFICATION & EVIDENCE

5.1. Mandatory Evidence: To claim a prize, the winning player/squad must provide a full, unedited screen recording of the final five (5) minutes of the match.

5.2. Submission Deadline: Video evidence must be submitted within 1 hour of the match’s conclusion. Failure to provide valid proof upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize.

5.3. Disqualification: If video evidence reveals any suspicious behavior, exploitation of bugs, or violation of our Code of Conduct, the prize will be withheld and the user banned.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. “As Is” Service: The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hreb does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6.2. Third-Party Actions: Hreb is not responsible for the actions, content, or data of third parties, including other players who may use cheats or hacks. While we employ strict anti-cheat measures, you acknowledge that no online environment is 100% secure.

6.3. Force Majeure: Hreb shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Marrakesh.
