HOW TO PLAY & FAQ

Welcome to the Hreb Tactical Support Center. Here you will find everything you need to know about joining tournaments, recording your gameplay, and claiming your winnings.


PART 1: MISSION PROTOCOL (HOW TO JOIN)

STEP 1: ACQUIRE A GAME PASS

To enter a tournament, you must purchase a Game Pass from the [Tournament Lobby].

  • Select your mode (Solo or Squad).
  • If playing Squad, you must provide the User IDs of your teammates.
  • Important: Ensure you select the correct Strategic Map (e.g., Erangel, Sanhok) you wish to deploy to.

STEP 2: LOBBY CHECK-IN

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a Game Pass Code (e.g., GP-X9Y2Z) on your “Battle Ticket” page.

  • Time: Room ID and Password details are released exactly 15 minutes before the scheduled start time (e.g., 19:45 for a 20:00 match).
  • Access: Go to your My Account > Battle Ticket to view the room credentials.

STEP 3: DEPLOY & RECORD (MANDATORY)

⚠️ CRITICAL RULE: You MUST screen record your gameplay.

  • If you survive to the Top 5, you must start recording.
  • We require the final 5 minutes of gameplay footage unedited.
  • No Video = No Prize. Even if you win, if you cannot prove it with video, your payout will be denied.

STEP 4: SUBMIT RESULTS

If you achieve a Victory (Top 1):

  1. Take a screenshot of the final scoreboard.
  2. Go to the “Submit Result” tab in your dashboard within 1 hour of the match ending.
  3. Upload your screenshot and provide a link to your video evidence (Google Drive, YouTube Unlisted, etc.).

PART 2: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

💰 WALLET & PAYMENTS

Q: Why can’t I withdraw my deposit?

A: To prevent money laundering, your wallet has two balances:

  • Playable Balance: Money you deposited. This is for entering tournaments only.
  • Winnings Balance: Money you won. Only this balance can be withdrawn.

Q: How long do withdrawals take?

A: Payouts take 72 hours (3 business days). We use this time to review game logs and anti-cheat data to ensure the match was fair.

Q: What is the minimum withdrawal?

A: The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 DH.

🚫 BANS & FAIR PLAY

Q: I got disconnected/lagged out. Can I get a refund?

A: No. As per our Terms of Service, your internet connection is your responsibility. Refunds are not given for lag, crashes, or disconnection once the match has started.

Q: I saw a cheater! What do I do?

A: Use the in-game report function immediately. Then, send us your video evidence via the [Support Page]. If we verify they were cheating, they will be banned, and their prize money may be redistributed.

Q: Can I play on two accounts?

A: No. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited. If we detect you playing on multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard, all your accounts will be frozen.

📱 TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Q: My “Battle Ticket” says “Registry Offline”.

A: This means your teammate ID was not verified yet. Please refresh the page. If it persists, contact support with your Order # and teammate IDs.

Q: I didn’t receive my Room ID.

A: Ensure you are checking the Battle Ticket page 15 minutes before start time. If the time has passed and it is still blank, contact Live Support immediately.
