  • Phone number (for Two-Factor Authentication and critical alerts).
  • Date of birth (to verify you are +18).

1.2. Identity Verification (KYC):

  • To comply with legal age restrictions and prevent fraud, we may request a copy of your Government-issued ID (CIN, Passport, or Driver’s License).
  • Strict Security: This data is used strictly for age verification and identity confirmation. It is stored on secure, encrypted servers and is deleted or anonymized once verification is complete, in accordance with applicable laws.

1.3. Financial Data:

  • We do not store your full credit card number or bank account login details.
  • All transactions (deposits and withdrawals) are processed by secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., CMI, PayPal). We only retain transaction logs (Transaction ID, Amount, Date) for accounting and dispute resolution.

1.4. Gameplay & Anti-Cheat Data:

  • Screen Recordings: As per our Terms of Service, winners must submit video evidence. These videos are stored temporarily to verify match integrity and are deleted after the dispute period (72 hours) unless required for a permaban investigation.
  • Device Information: We may collect IP addresses and device identifiers to detect multi-accounting and unauthorized third-party software (cheats).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

  • Tournament Execution: To generate your Game Pass, verify your Squad Registry, and place you in the correct Match Lobby.
  • Payout Processing: To ensure winnings are sent to the correct legal owner of the account.
  • Security & Integrity: To detect hacking, aimbots, “teaming,” and financial fraud (Anti-Money Laundering).
  • Support: To respond to your disputes regarding match results or payments.

3. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification regarding visitors and users with our business partners and advertisers.

We only verify data with third parties for:

  • Payment Processing: Sharing necessary details with our payment gateway to process your deposit/withdrawal.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by Moroccan law or a valid court order to protect our rights or the safety of our users.

4. DATA SECURITY

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site.
